Sobunny is designed, developed, and provided through a collaboration between Assembly Four PTY LTD (ABN: 42 625 731 008) and HiveLabs OÜ (VAT: EE102229679), based in Melbourne, Australia.

The platform and its suite of tools can be accessed through the Sobunny website. You can view Sobunny without an account, but certain features require creating an account with a username, password, and verified profile. All information you provide will be governed by our Privacy Policy.

As a user, you may perform activities such as creating an account and profile, uploading content, posting blogs or testimonials, purchasing Sobunny Love Credit (“SLC”), and activating membership tiers using Sobunny Love Credit.

By using Sobunny, you agree to these Terms of Service, the Advertising Policy, the Code of Conduct, and the Privacy Policy.

Who Can Use the Service?

No one under the age of eighteen (18) may create an account or use the Platform. In jurisdictions where the age of majority is higher than 18, you must be over twenty-one (21) to create an account or use the Platform.

By using the Platform, you represent that:

You are using the Platform willingly.

User Conduct

You acknowledge and agree that you are fully responsible for ensuring that all content and communications you post or exchange through the Platform comply with site policies.

The site does not control user-submitted content and, as such, does not guarantee its accuracy, integrity, or quality. By using the Platform, you may be exposed to content that is offensive, indecent, or objectionable.

Security

We work hard to ensure the Platform is a safe place for everyone. By using our Services, you agree that:

You will not use the Platform for illegal or prohibited purposes.

You will not advertise these Services to individuals under 18 years old.

You will not create multiple accounts except as permitted by our Advertising Policy.

You will not use automated methods to interact with the Platform or extract user information.

You will not upload viruses or malicious code.

You will not transmit content promoting sexual exploitation, violence, or illegal activities.

You will not attempt to access unauthorized areas or features of the Platform.

Service Availability

Access to and use of the Platform may be interrupted due to maintenance, equipment failures, or other reasons within or beyond our control. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the availability of the Platform without notice.

Termination of Services

We may terminate or suspend your account on Sobunny immediately if you breach these Terms. Once terminated, you lose the right to use the Platform.

Billing, Payments, and Credits

To activate a paid subscription, you can purchase Sobunny Love Credits (SLC).

All sales are final.

Sobunny is not responsible for any transaction fees.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Refunds will only be issued at our discretion and to the original payment method, if compatible.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. By using the service, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Melbourne, Australia.

Acceptance of Terms

By using Sobunny, you represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws.

Modifications to the Terms

We may modify the Terms at our discretion. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
